4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. z555 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. 7.5 Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension will stand; bets placed after a suspension will be voided.

11.3 z555's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 z555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if z555 reasonably believes that: the player has violated any provision of these Terms; the player's conduct poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or the player's account is subject to a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirement.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct) may be forfeited. z555 will notify the player of the reason for termination and the final account status via the registered email address.
12.3 You may close your z555 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.
